Return / Refund & Cancellation Exchange Policy

A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue has to be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds.

  • All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 24hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Gadwal Silks.
  • Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted unless the above mentioned details stand true.
  • If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for exchange.
  • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the saree colour. Sometimes the colours may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
  • Please ensure that sarees are returned in original condition and packaging in order to get your full credit. Kindly note that this is a non-negotiable policy.
  • Once the Gadwal Silks Team decides to accept the request, It shall take a week’s time to refund or exchange.
  • Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Once we approve your return request, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
  • Product Inspection: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition to verify eligibility for a refund.
  • Refund Issuance: After verification, we will confirm your refund amount via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

 

Returning Your Product

  • 360-Degree Video: Before opening the package, please send us a video showing the condition of the product.
  • Pickup: If you choose the reverse pickup option, please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all original tags are still attached.
  • Self-Ship: If we are unable to offer pickup in your area, you may ship the item back at your own cost. Please include your order number and return ID in the package.

Return Of Shipments

The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Gadwal Silks. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Gadwal Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers. Sarees thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Gadwal Silks believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • Refund will be done within 7-10 working days in the case of online payments done through Credit/Debit/Net banking facility.
  • In case Blouse stitching, Fall /Pico, Blouse detachment or tasselling has been done as per request of the customer, no cancellation or change is possible.

Conditions :

In case of extraordinary circumstances, Gadwal Silks cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period. Management reserves the right to take a call on the necessary action.

  • Set your Monitor Brightness value to 75% of Maximum value.
  • Similarly set your Monitor Contrast value to 85% of Maximum value.
  • Variations in monitor resolution levels.
  • Having a poor VGA card (Display Card)
  • Having the minimum colour setting in your Monitor Display Properties.

Setting the Brightness and Contrast levels of your monitor to low or high values.
